Return Policy

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened food storage items, personal care accessories, etc.). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at returns@parker-and-parker.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@parker-and-parker.co.uk with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
